The Following are answers to questions asked at the July 30, 2008 State Board Meeting, held in Macon, Georgia.

If you have actually sat for your State Practical before, regardless of whether you passed or not, you do not need to register as an Apprentice.

If you have sent in application to Apprentice, but have already sat for the State Practical previously, you will have your $35 fee refunded.

The hours you claim on your application must match those hours that your supervisor states.  These must be notarized.

A list of recommended curriculum is available on the Board's website. (this, as of yet, has not come to pass)

There is no limit to the amount of Apprentices a supervisor may train, simultaneously, or in total .

There in no maximum time that you can remain an Apprentice.

Apprentices will received a blue wallet card with their State-assigned LDO Apprentice number in the same manner as an LDO.

The Board must receive your application by August 31st or your hours will not be counted!
